MY APPROACH
My style of talk therapy is eclectic in nature. I draw from several schools of psychological thought, and rely heavily on two theories to support my work: attachment theory and mindfulness. Through the attachment lens, we look at how your experiences as a child and what you witnessed from your caregivers about love inform the way you love, argue, connect and disconnect today. Tools based in mindfulness and breathing are folded in to bring awareness to your body and present day experiences so you may “pause” and begin to do or say something different.
